Kirsten joined TCAW in February 2016. Born and raised in Kansas, Kirsten received a BA in Psychology from Wichita State University.
She went on to spend 10 years as a manager at Michael's Arts and Crafts. After several years of volunteering for a dog rescue, Kirsten decided to make a career change. So, in 2009, Kirsten moved from Wichita to Denver to attend Bel-Rea to become a Certified Veterinary Technician.
Kirsten enjoys traveling, sampling many wonderful microbrews with her brewer boyfriend Ben, and enjoying the beautiful Colorado scenery. Kirsten's furry family includes Monty (Lab Mix) and Ruby (Dogue de Bordeaux).
