Appointment Policy 

Walk-in clients can often be accommodated, however appointments are preferred. Appointments that are 10 minutes late will be asked to reschedule. Pets in need of urgent care will receive immediate attention after which our scheduled appointments will be seen.

 

Patient Arrival Policy

For the safety of our patients, clients and staff, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the clinic and all cats must be in an appropriate carrier. 

 

Online Pharmacy Policy

There will be a $10.00 online pharmacy fee per prescription request approved.

 

After Hours Pick-Up Policy

There will be a $15.00 fee for after-hours patients being pick up. Patients, who are not picked up 30 minutes after closing, will be boarded. These patients will incur the $15.00 after-hours fee and the additional boarding fee.

 

Payment Policy

We require payment in full at the time that services are rendered, we do not offer payment plans. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, cash and personal checks. Additional financing is available through Care Credit. Third party payment plans are accepted and may be available through CareCredit. Applications may be completed on the CareCredit website, www.carecredit.com.
