Appointment Policy
Walk-in clients can often be accomodated, however appointments are preferred. Appointments that are 10 minutes late will be asked to reschedule. Pets in need of urgent care will receive immediate attention after which our scheduled appointments will be seen. |
Patient Arrival Policy
For the safety of our patients, clients and staff, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the clinic and all cats must be in an appropriate carrier.

Online Pharmacy Policy
There is a $10.00 online pharmacy fee per prescription filled.

Payment Policy
We require payment in full at the time that services are rendered.For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, cash and personal checks. Additional financing is available through Care Credit. Several same-as-cash options are available, as are low interest and revolving credit plans. Application may be completed on the Care Credit website, www.carecredit.com. |
Pet Insurance
The Center for Animal Wellness highly recommends insurance for your pet. Please feel free to ask a staff member for details or visit the VPI, Pets Best, or Embrace websites. |
