Appointment Policy

Walk-in clients can often be accomodated, however appointments are preferred. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority followed by patients with previously scheduled appointments. 

Payment Policy

We require payment in full at the time that services are rendered.

For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, cash and personal checks.  In cases where additional financing is available, we work with Care Credit.  Several same-as-cash options are available, as well as low interest plans and a revolving credit plan.  Application can be completed ahead of time at www.carecredit.com

Patient Arrival Policy

For your protection, and that of our staff, clients and patients, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. 

All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.
